Leo Purman is a cinematographer and photographer who specializes in incorporating abstract and expressive visuals with narrative and commercial contexts. Be it still, motion, or new media, Leo believes that creativity comes from a willingness to listen and to learn. His goal is to listen with the camera.  Learning through the creative process, to give back work that others can experience, critique, and enjoy.

Leo is a graduate of NYU’s Photography and imaging program as well as The American Film Institute’s Masters program in Cinematography. He creates in Los Angeles and New York, but feels most at home, outside.
